Shipping Policy:
We ship
products to you directly from Gurugram, ensuring prompt delivery. Each product
undergoes quality check at our facility before being carefully packed and
dispatched to you. Please refer to the “shipping Time/delivery time”
displayed on the product screen for the estimated arrival of your item.
Processing Time: Standard orders: Orders are typically
processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays) after
receiving full payment.
Pre order: For items on pre-order, please allow an additional 15-25 days for the
processing. Certain products that require customization need additional 5 days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) order: As of now we do not offer COD, we
accept only pre-paid orders.
Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
Express Worldwide Shipping: We are in process of launching our
Worldwide delivery.
Shipping Rate: We are offering FREE SHIPPING currently
to all our customers across India.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and
the destination. You can view the shipping cost during checkout (if it is
not free shipping) before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
email containing tracking information. You can also track your order directly
on our website using order number.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please
provide address with a valid name and contact details with address of delivery.
Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday season,
processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. We
recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Return Due to shipping issues: If your order is returned to us due
to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to collect the package from
the carrier, additional shipping fees will be applied to reship your order.
